make sure you have enough inventory space for your purchased items as lost
items are non-refundable. Purchases can take up to 30 minutes to process.

What do I do if I haven't received my purchases?
Our store purchases should be added to your in-game account within 30 minutes.
You must be online in order to receive your purchase. Please keep your account
logged in when waiting for a purchase. If your purchases did not arrive, please
wait for up to 30 minutes before contacting our support team.
